Maria Capello (*1993 in Quito, Ecuador) is a Berlin based designer and artistic researcher working at the junction between science, technology, culture and art. Capello currently studies at the Berlin University of Arts, specializing in New Media Fundamentals and Spatial Design Class.

Her works explore new narratives regarding our environment. She questions our contemporary viewpoint towards the world through communication rooms, spatial-interactive experiences and material research. In her work, she engages with different disciplines, such as life sciences, technological trends, and philosophical discourse.
